Our Policy:
Shipping is FREE for orders totaling above $99.99, otherwise there’s a flat rate of $6.99. We provide first-class and priority shipping through USPS, and standard ground shipping through UPS and FedEX. Typically, we process orders within one to two business days. Due to shipping delays there is no guarantee for carrier transit times, but they are the usual transit times for ground advantage USPS packages.
Regarding Back Orders:

At Cologne Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at colognecofragrances@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
